Apply it in the morning, under a collar or on the upper arm, and leave it on through the afternoon. Apply to clean, dry, hair-free skin — upper arm, shoulder or ribcage — and rotate the site each day. Peel it off and discard once the eight hours are up.
What's in the box?+
Thirty individually sealed patches. One a day, so a single box is a month. All five formulations are the same price, so you can mix a box of each and still get the multi-box price.
How much is delivery, and how long does it take?+
Free on orders over R500. Below that it's R69 to a PUDO pickup point (1–3 business days) or R99 door-to-door with The Courier Guy (2–5 business days). You choose at checkout, and you get a tracking number by email.
Can I wear it in the shower or at the gym?+
It's water-resistant, not waterproof. A quick shower is fine; pat the patch dry afterwards and avoid long soaks, saunas and heavy sweating where you can — heat and friction are what lift the edges.
Is it safe for me?+
The adhesive is hypoallergenic and latex-free, and the ingredients are listed in full on this page and on the pack. These are supplements, not medicines.
